Welcome to the Dramarama website
Dramarama Youth Theatre is based at The Space on Lansdown in Stroud. We have been running workshops for young people aged 5 -18 at The Space since 2000 and have developed a reputation for running fun, creative and confidence-building sessions as well as producing original pieces of theatre written specifically for the participants.
Our facilitator/directors are all experienced theatre practitioners and teachers, who are committed to introducing young people to the creative and technical elements of performing.
Wednesdays
- 4 - 4.50 A fun drama, dance and singing session for 4 - 6 year olds (this is a non-performance group)
- 5 - 6 Our Junior group for 8 - 11 year olds
Thursdays
- 4 - 4.50 Group 1 for 5 - 7 year olds
- 5 - 6 Group 2 for 8 - 11 year olds
- 6 - 7.30 Group 3 for 11 - 18 year olds, this group starts with everyone together and then splits into the ’senior group’ (11 - 14 year olds) and ‘company’ (15 - 18 year olds)
